One of the Best Drills for the Transition Zone

Part One:

Person one is at the baseline focusing on their third shot drops. Person two is at the kitchen focusing on returning deep balls to the baseline

Part Two:

Person one is working on dropping the ball into the kitchen from the transition zone. Person two is working on keeping their opponent in the transition zone.

Part Three:

Person one is deciding if their drop from the transition zone is attackable (stay) or unattackable (advance to the kitchen). Person two is ready to attack any high ball to keep their opponent back in the transition zone.
